I will be your ally every step of the way, from finding appropriate homes to explore, to investigating easements (and any other unseen potential issues) to connecting you with a network of lenders so you can find the best fit for you. I will keep you informed through every part of the process, in whatever capacity works best for you.

On a personal note, my husband and I once looked at over 80 properties in eight counties before we found the home that was “looking for us.” I understand that this is a process—and it’s a different process for each person. And, I love helping people through their unique journey.

I will let you know what is a fair price, based on market truths, so you don't pay too much for your new home and I will provide current data that can help you avoid costly mistakes. I will also provide answers for your questions as they arise, and not just about the home-buying process, but about schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, restaurants, wildlife in the area, and more. (I've been around here a long time.)
