I have been helping people meet their real estate goals in Estes Valley's unique and ever-changing market since 2003. However, I fell in love with Estes Park well before my family and I moved here full-time over 25 years ago. Whether you have questions about schools in the area or the current market trends, my experience in this wonderful community often allows me to provide insights that may not be apparent to others as we move together through your unique situation towards your goals.
As I introduce myself to you here, broadly speaking, I would like you to know I specialize in three things:
1. Listening to and matching my clients’ dreams with their financial realities and goals as I help guide them through their process of exploring the most efficient and responsible way to get where they want to go.

Constantly analyzing this unique market, blending the long-view with current market conditions and trends and then finding opportunities for my clients that others may overlook—whether they are buyers or sellers—while using my experience to help ensure my clients’ transactions happen to their satisfaction.
3. Explaining every step of the buying and/or selling process, in whatever ways and to whatever degree of detail is most helpful.

The dynamics of a vacation-destination include dimensions and opportunities that aren't available in most communities. My specialized training in the resort and second-home markets provide me with tools to make the most of those realities for both buyers and sellers.
Mountain properties have unique features the require more education. Having this certification states that I have the knowledge of well, septic systems, radon, title and other features that are important and necessary to purchase in this area.

President of Estes Park Quota Club:
This foundation focuses on community service projects such as the ambulance fundraising, the Loan Closet for medical hard goods, automatic heart defibrillators (AEDs) making Estes Park a “heart safe” community, student grants, hearing and speech needs, service to youth and elderly needs, helping disadvantaged women and children and international projects.
Secretary of Bright Christmas:
Bright Christmas has been helping families in need for 35 years enjoy a brighter Christmas with gifts chosen especially for the kids and a generous food gift from Bright Christmas. We support our children by supplementing children’s school supplies and food over the weekends.
Estes Valley Board of Realtors committee member:
Each year, I coordinate one of Estes Valley Board of Realtors' major fundraisers for Estes Valley Workforce Housing Assistance (EVWHA) down payment loan program. This program assists working families residing in the Estes Park area that make between 81% and 150% of the area's median income. This helps to support the local labor force and their families so they can more easily afford to live where they work.
