I like to work as a team, each of us adding to the other’s strengths. I also respect that you have the final say on what you'd like to list your house for. I realize it’s your home that you are selling.

Based on up-to-the-minute market analysis, I will develop a marketing strategy that is unique to your property and your goals, and then implement a communications campaign that will most effectively reach the people who will be most interested in your property’s unique combination of attributes, utilizing all of my networks and resources, locally and regionally, and globally. People are moving to the Estes Valley from all around the globe and Coldwell Banker’s worldwide network increases the number of associates available to market your home, as well as the pool of potential buyers.  I also have a large network of real estate agents up and down the Front Range and will market extensively to all Estes Valley agents, making them aware of the unique attributes of your property.
